Job summary

AgentSync is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Manager to own the company’s growth strategy across digital channels. You will lead strategy, creative direction, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and measurable business results.

The role demands strategic, proactive leadership with hands-on capability to manage campaigns, funnels, and content ecosystems end-to-end from a remote location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, social media strategy, or related role.
• Proven experience developing commercially focused marketing or social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of audience psychology, buyer behaviour and the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital and social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Translate business goals into platform-specific strategies, campaigns, and measurable KPIs.
• Develop quarterly and annual marketing/content roadmaps and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize content for platform algorithms, search, and discoverability; drive organic growth.
• Track and analyze social, content, and marketing performance; report on KPIs and insights.
