Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Email Marketing Lead for an e-commerce focused client portfolio, fully remote from Mexico. This hands-on leadership role owns the strategy, execution, and growth of email and retention marketing across brands, shaping standards and roadmaps while guiding lifecycle programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of email/SMS marketing, lifecycle, automation, segmentation, testing.
• Experience managing both small and large email volumes and client accounts.
• Agency or in-house e-commerce experience preferred.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve workflows and deliverability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the email marketing department with strategy, standards, and playbooks.
• Represent email strategy during client calls and own accounts over time.
• Audit Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp and translate findings into roadmaps.
• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies including automation and segmentation.
• Mentor email marketers and build scalable processes and infrastructure.
