Jobgether, partnering with a Mexico-based 8-figure D2C supplement brand, is seeking a Creative Strategist. The role focuses on shaping creative strategy, developing hooks and scripts, and driving paid advertising performance across formats like UGC and VSLs.

You will work closely with leadership, creative teams, and media buyers in a fast-paced environment, using data-driven insights, consumer psychology, and market trends to scale winning ideas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing performance-focused creative for DTC eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and the ability to develop hooks, angles, messaging, and concepts that drive conversions.
• Solid knowledge of consumer psychology and translating customer motivations into compelling advertising.
• Experience scripting multiple ad formats (UGC, VSLs, static ads, short-form video).
• Ability to interpret advertising performance metrics and guide creative decisions with data and feedback.
• Strong research skills to identify competitor strategies and emerging trends across Meta/Instagram.
• Ability to generate high-quality concepts quickly and iterate based on results.

Responsibilities

• Research competitor advertising and trends to identify opportunities for new concepts.
• Develop multiple creative concepts weekly using performance data and market insights.
• Create hooks, messaging, and scripts across formats (UGC, VSLs, static ads, short-form video).
• Translate campaign feedback into actionable creative iterations.
• Collaborate with CEO, Senior Creative Strategist, media buyers, designers, and video producers to refine concepts.
• Provide clear creative direction to production teams for effective execution.
• Participate in weekly testing cycles to generate hypotheses and scale winning ideas.
• Continuously optimize strategy based on advertising performance.
