Job summary

Power Digital Marketing in Mexico is seeking an experienced growth marketing lead to drive multi‑channel programs for lifestyle and high‑AOV brands. You will manage daily client relationships, own the performance narrative, and coordinate across paid, SEO, content, email and creative teams to deliver measurable results.

You will translate roadmaps into weekly priorities, optimize full‑funnel strategies, and leverage Nova for data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in lifestyle, high‑AOV or considered‑purchase marketing.
• Experience managing clients day-to-day.
• Understanding full‑funnel strategy: awareness, consideration and conversion.
• Familiar with upper‑funnel channels (content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present complex, multi‑channel stories to non‑technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within your department.
• Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts and support PM-led calls on smaller accounts.
• Translate roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities; flag misalignment with long-term strategy.
• Track full-funnel performance across awareness, consideration and conversion; surface actionable insights.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email and creative teams around a unified strategy.
• Support retention by monitoring repeat purchase rate and LTV by acquisition cohort.
• Flag misinterpretation of last-touch metrics and prepare discussions with clients.
• Support annual strategy and renewal prep with the AD.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships aiming for 90%+ retention.
• Work in Iris and Nova daily; surface issues before clients raise them.
