Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing leadership experience in crypto-native, iGaming, gaming, fintech or digital entertainment environments.
• Genuine fluency in crypto and Web3 culture with engaged audiences.
• Proven ability to define and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies.
• Strong growth, partnerships, sponsorships, creators/KOLs, affiliates and distribution experience.
• Financial acumen with budgets, attribution, ROI and sustainable growth models.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary marketing teams and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define overall marketing strategy, translating executive direction into priorities, plans, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead ambassador programs, creator/influencer relationships, and community strategies across platforms.
• Build an integrated distribution engine across owned media, creators, affiliates, communities, social, SEO, content and paid channels.
• Oversee content and SEO strategy to strengthen organic visibility and discovery environments.
• Own marketing technology, attribution, analytics, automation, and reporting, including AI-enabled workflows.
