Beepo Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to work remotely from Central Luzon. You will craft captions, newsletters, and promotional materials, while building referral networks with healthcare partners and managing social outreach.

You will publish content, analyze engagement analytics, and maintain brand consistency across platforms. This full-time remote role offers day shifts and competitive rewards, with opportunities to grow within Beepo’s expanding team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in marketing and/or business development.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading, and graphic design using Canva or Adobe.
• Hands-on with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and scheduling tools.
• Strong relationship-building, outreach, networking and presentations.
• Ability to read analytics and translate into recommendations.
• High attention to detail and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy for social posts.
• Publish 1 weekly newsletter.
• Create monthly activity calendars and SHP graphics.
• Provide promotional support and design assets.
• Create social graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Post across social platforms 3x per week.
• Manage and publish 1 LinkedIn post weekly.
• Drive community engagement across social channels.
• Deliver monthly social media reporting with insights and recommendations.
