The role emphasizes developing marketing plans, monitoring outcomes, and maintaining brand consistency while advancing process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing within B2B services or transport/logistics.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GoHighLevel.
• Experience in Social Media Management, Email Marketing, SEO, Lead Generation.
• Experience developing SOPs or process documentation is desirable.

Your Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for:

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedInAds, Meta Ads, and GoHighLevel to drive lead generation and business growth.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities, industry engagement, and strategic networking

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and growth opportunities within the transport and logistics sector

• Develop and maintain marketing plans, including campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and performance metrics

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion outcomes

• Manage digital content and marketing activities across social media, email marketing, websites, and other online channels

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing content and ensure consistent brand messaging

• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and process documentation to support operational efficiency and scalability

• Review existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, consistency, and customer experience

• Support the development, review, and maintenance of business policies, procedures, and compliance documentation

• Assist with grant applications, tender submissions, and other business development initiatives by coordinating content, documentation, and compliance requirements

• Contribute to strategic business planning initiatives, including growth planning, capability development, and process improvement projects

• Support leadership with market insights, business recommendations, and operational improvement opportunities

• Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing within Australian transport, logistics, B2B services, or a similar industry

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Experience in Social Media Management, Email Marketing, SEO, Lead Generation

• Experience developing SOPs, policies, or process documentation is highly desirable

• Degree in marketing, business, logistics, or a related field is preferable

• Experience supporting ISO or compliance-driven environments is a nice to have.
