Beepo in Clark, Pampanga is seeking an Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator to drive lifecycle campaigns using Klaviyo in a hybrid day-shift setup. You will build, schedule, QA and deploy campaigns, manage audiences and optimise journeys from welcome to win-back, supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Email Marketing, CRM, lifecycle or digital marketing.
• Hands-on Klaviyo (or a similar email platform) experience building and deploying campaigns end-to-end.
• Solid grasp of customer segmentation, audience targeting and lifecycle marketing principles.
• Strong English-language copywriting and communication skills.
• Basic email design capability and understanding of responsive email best practices.
• Strong analytical skills — able to interpret campaign performance data.

Responsabilités

• Build, schedule, QA and deploy EDM campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
• Manage and optimise lifecycle journeys — welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, win-back, post-purchase and promotional.
• Develop and maintain audience segmentation based on customer behaviour, engagement, lifecycle stage and purchase history.
• Support SMS and retention marketing; maintain CRM campaign calendars and ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
• Monitor deliverability, list hygiene and suppression logic; run A/B tests across subject lines, creative, content, timing and segmentation.
• Write email copy in brand tone of voice, and build engaging, responsive emails using Klaviyo templates.
• Brief internal or external creative teams on campaign assets, banners, landing pages and promotional requirements.
• Analyse performance (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue attribution, unsubscribes, retention) and report with actionable recommendations.
• Support landing page creation and optimisation, customer journey mapping and broader digital initiatives; work cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce, Creative and Data.
• Some support in paid media, trade or content marketing may be required (up to ~20% of capacity).
