Outsource Recruiter is seeking a Mapping & Work Order Assistant (Remote) to provide remote administrative support for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate property and equipment maps for Lighting, Plumbing, and HVAC services. Qualifications

• Administrative experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail when working with maps, labels, numbers and work orders.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders and prioritize by deadline.
• Ability to complete tasks on time and follow procedures.
• Willingness to cross-train for team coverage.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and correct site maps for Lighting, Plumbing, and HVAC using work orders, site records, photos, and provided instructions.
• Update fixture and equipment locations, identification numbers, labels, and related map records.
• Process assigned labeling work orders and update map labels and records.
• Prepare blank maps and save or distribute per procedures.
• Monitor and prioritize work orders to meet deadlines and keep dashboards current.
• Flag missing information and seek clarification before changes.
• Provide General Administration backup when assigned.
