Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a mid-level Technical Drafter & Operations Assistant to join our residential fencing team in a full-time, remote role. You will streamline quoting, improve technical documentation, and manage day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities include drafting precise drawings (2D/3D) in AutoCAD, coordinating with fabricators on pricing, and supporting SOP creation and marketing activities. Strong independence and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, proactively identifying missing data and coordinating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Technical Drafting & Design: Translate site measurements into precise AutoCAD drawings (2D/3D) and ensure designs meet specs and compliance.
• Pricing & Estimating: Assemble quotes using predefined meter and install rates and coordinate pricing with external fabricators.
• Operational Support: Order materials, manage project schedule, perform QA checks, and handle final invoicing.
• Financial Administration: Reconcile deposits to jobs and collaborate with third-party bookkeeper for data accuracy.
• SOP Creation & Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs and build instructions for fencing and tool use; track staff sign-offs.
• Marketing Support: Manage social media photo postings and maintain shared photo repository.
