Job summary

RemoteRaven in a 100% remote setup is seeking a Construction Corporate Scheduler to develop, maintain, and update project schedules for construction projects, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes critical path analysis, progress tracking, look-ahead planning, and timely reporting. Requires 3–7 years scheduling experience, a related degree, and proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred and 3–7 years in scheduling or project controls.
• Experience developing and maintaining construction schedules for various project types.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling principles, and critical path.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, contracts, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed baseline schedules for construction projects per contract and objectives.
• Create and maintain schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop activity sequences, durations, logic, milestones, and critical path.
• Coordinate schedule development with project team and stakeholders.
• Update schedules based on field progress and verify progress data.
• Track start/finish dates, remaining durations, and milestones; identify variances.
• Prepare weekly/monthly schedule reports for management and clients.
• Perform schedule analysis, look-ahead planning, and recovery planning.
• Assist with time-impact analyses and changes in coordination with controls.
