Job summary

Marshall Reddick Real Estate is seeking a self-motivated customer service professional to support our Property Management division from a remote setup in the Philippines. The role handles and filters maintenance requests via AppFolio, coordinates vendors, and ensures timely resolution for tenants and owners.

This is a full-time independent contractor position, working Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm PST, with an hourly rate of $8.00 USD and bonus pay for U.S. holidays and time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service support is required.
• Familiarity with property management software and maintenance workflow preferred.
• Strong communication with tenants and owners.

Responsibilities

• Filter and manage maintenance requests via AppFolio.
• Coordinate with external vendors and track progress.
• Ensure timely resolution for tenants and owners.
