Job summary

Marshall Reddick Real Estate is seeking a remote, full-time customer service professional to support our Property Management division from the Philippines. You will handle maintenance requests, coordinate vendors, and communicate with landlords to ensure timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, possess a personal laptop with reliable internet, and have experience with property management software like AppFolio; CRM experience with SuiteCRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Own laptop/computer with reliable internet.
• Experience using property management software, AppFolio is a plus.
• Property management experience.

• Experience working on a team with daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant maintenance requests.
• Contact, coordinate, and dispatch vendors to properties.
• Communicate with landlords to obtain approvals for make-ready or repairs.
• Work with Maintenance Managers to maintain vendor lists.
• Onboard new vendors and set up portal access.
• Prepare move-in/move-out reports.
• Be available for on-call emergency rotations.
