Job summary

Smartland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator Virtual Assistant to support our property management team. This full-time, long-term remote role requires coordinating maintenance requests, dispatching technicians, and maintaining CRM/spreadsheets with accuracy.

Based in the Philippines, you will communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal staff in English at a advanced level. You must have AppFolio experience and a proven ability to handle a high volume of work orders while

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (C1) required.
Experience with high-volume maintenance coordination and dispatching is essential.
AppFolio experience is REQUIRED and NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance requests from residents and property managers.
Dispatch technicians and vendors efficiently.
Schedule repairs and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Track work orders and update their status.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Manage and update spreadsheets used for maintenance tracking.
Communicate professionally with tenants, technicians, vendors, and internal team members.
Prioritize urgent maintenance issues and keep all stakeholders informed.
Follow up on outstanding maintenance requests and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time and documented properly.
