Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Clerk to support our US-based client’s operations team remotely.

You will track shipments, manage documents, and coordinate with trucking providers to collect POD copies using Magaya and standard software. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of clerical or data-entry experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of clerical or data-entry experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to make phone calls and follow up with external contacts.
• High school diploma or associate degree.
• Logistics or freight forwarding experience is a plus.
• Experience with Magaya is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and update Magaya in real time.
• Upload and organize shipping documents and records.
• Follow up with truckers to obtain POD information and copies of delivery documents.
• Perform data entry and general clerical tasks.
• Collect and file operational information accurately.
• Assist operations with daily administrative tasks.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
