Job summary

Jugro Transport Int’l Phils Corp is seeking an organized Operations Staff to support daily shipments and customer requirements from its Makati base. You will coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate processing of operations and billing activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and can work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced freight logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a 4-year program is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, agents, and internal departments regarding shipment requirements.
• Prepare, check, and maintain operational documents and records.
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate updates as needed.
• Assist in ensuring that shipments and other operational activities are processed accurately and on time.
• Encode and maintain accurate data in company systems and files.
• Respond to inquiries and provide appropriate assistance to clients and internal personnel.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Prepare and process billing statements, invoices, and related documents.
• Verify billing details and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Monitor billing transactions and ensure timely processing.
• Encode and maintain accurate billing records and files.
