Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Operations Clerk to provide remote administrative support for a US-based logistics client. You will track shipments, manage documentation, update records in Magaya, and coordinate with trucking providers to secure PODs.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proficient in English, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Remote work setup is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of clerical, administrative, or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making phone calls and following up with external contacts.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• High school diploma or associate degree.
• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Experience using Magaya or similar logistics management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and update information in Magaya in real time.
• Upload, attach, organize, and maintain shipping documents and records.
• Follow up with truckers and transportation providers to obtain POD information.
• Perform data entry, web searches, document processing, and other clerical tasks.
• Collect, organize, record, and file operational information accurately.
• Assist operations specialists with daily administrative tasks and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
