Job summary

Treantly is seeking a reliable Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support outbound shipments, inventory planning, supplier and customer communication, and routine sales administration. The role is remote and full-time at 30 hours per week, aligned with Toronto's EST business hours.

The ideal candidate will be a clear English communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers, business software, and time-sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with professional email/phone communication.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Intermediate MS 365, especially Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Comfort using Excel formulas and routine calculations.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, organization and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments from planning through delivery, track status and update Manager.
• Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers, shipping agents and customers, follow up to resolve.
• Monitor inventory and production materials, coordinate replenishment to meet shipments.
• Use QuickBooks to create purchase orders and invoices; generate reports on request.
• Review emails for accuracy and ensure confidential information is shared only with authorized recipients.
