Emapta is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to steer shipments through global freight networks and third-party providers. You’ll manage orders from tender to final billing, ensuring accurate data in the TMS and timely carrier updates, while collaborating with carriers and internal teams.

This role offers a permanent WFH arrangement and growth opportunities. Qualifications include 3+ years in freight brokerage or dispatch, strong TMS and Google Workspace skills, plus a proactive attention to detail

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in freight brokerage, dispatch, or transportation logistics.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; Power BI and Power Automate a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Accept and acknowledge transportation orders.
• Enter orders accurately into the TMS.
• Tender orders or enter shipment information into carrier websites.
• Distribute Bills of Lading to shippers.
• Maintain timely order updates within the TMS.
• Track shipments through carrier websites.
• Process paperwork and confirm A/P information via carrier portals.
• Update A/R and A/P information in the TMS.
• Release completed shipments for billing in the TMS.
