Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations, flow, and logistics of eCommerce marketplaces and direct-to-consumer orders. This role reports to the Manager, Sales Channel Operations and emphasizes collaboration in a fast-paced start-up environment.

The successful candidate will help manage order flow, address system issues, and handle EDI messaging to ensure high-quality service to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, and/or supply chain supporting wholesale and direct-to-consumer accounts.
• Experience working with ERP and vendor portals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order fulfillment process from receipt through delivery to customers for eCommerce marketplaces and specialty retailers.
• Partner with 3PL in management of the open order report to ensure orders are routed and shipped within the appropriate time frame.
• Review customer vendor guides and communicate changes to our 3PL partner.
• Order customer specific product level labeling and packaging as per vendor guides.
• Process and manage product requests for sales, marketing, promotions, licensors, and employees.
