Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a highly organized Transportation Support to coordinate daily TL and LTL shipments across multiple locations. You will manage carrier communications, scheduling, tracking, and documentation to ensure on-time transportation execution and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in supply chain or logistics or equivalent experience, at least 3 years in transportation coordination, and strong Excel and TMS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years equivalent experience in transportation/logistics.
• 3+ years in transportation coordination, logistics, or related operations.
• Experience coordinating TL and LTL shipments and carrier communications.
• Proficiency in Excel for shipment tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily TL and LTL shipments with carriers across locations.
• Communicate with carriers, brokers, and transportation providers on pickups and routing.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and transportation activities per priorities.
• Monitor shipment status and adjust delivery schedules as needed.
• Prepare and update Bills of Lading, invoices, and tracking documents.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance and issue resolution.
