Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in the Philippines is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations, logistics, and order flow for eCommerce marketplaces and D2C orders. This is a Work from Home role reporting to the Manager, Sales Channel Operations.

You will oversee order fulfillment from receipt to delivery, partner with 3PL to ensure timely shipping, review vendor guides, coordinate labeling, and handle product requests for sales and promotions in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain supporting wholesale and D2C.
• Experience using ERP systems and vendor portals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the order fulfillment process from receipt to delivery for eCommerce and retailers.
• Collaborate with 3PL to manage open order reports and on-time shipping.
• Review customer vendor guides and relay changes to the 3PL.
• Coordinate labeling and packaging as per vendor guides.
• Assist with product requests for sales, promotions, licensors, and employees.
• Support daily operations and system issue resolution in a fast-paced startup environment.
