Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics coordination or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for PO/shipment records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization when managing orders and documents.
• Willingness to learn retailer-specific systems; training provided.
• Experience with Walmart Retail Link, EDI, and Scintilla is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the retail order desk by reviewing and processing retailer POs, including Walmart POs.
• Access Walmart Retail Link and other EDI platforms to manage orders and update product information.
• Enter and update PO, shipment, and delivery details in Excel/Sheets and internal records.
• Set up shipments in Walmart's transportation system and create shipment tickets.
• Prepare Bills of Lading, shipping/pallet labels, ASN labels, and other shipping docs.
• Upload shipment documentation to Google Drive and notify production for printing/shipments.
• Verify compliance with retailer labeling, pallet, ASN, routing, and other requirements.
• Coordinate retailer routing needs and communicate appointment details to the internal team.
• Track shipments, obtain PODs, and maintain accurate PO/shipment records.
• Monitor retailer claims and discrepancies and process related claims.
• Identify potential OTIF and retailer compliance issues and alert relevant teams.
• Check retailer inventory and store-level stock when needed.
• Use Walmart Scintilla as source of truth for supplier performance data.
• Support reporting on retailer sales, inventory, fulfillment, and compliance.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, warehouse, and operations to resolve issues.
