Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics Management required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies, tools, equipment and materials.
• Receive, inspect and record deliveries against POs and Delivery Receipts; report discrepancies.
• Maintain organized warehouse/stockroom with proper storage and labeling.
• Conduct periodic physical count reconciliations.
• Coordinate release and transfer of stocks to requesting departments or project sites.
• Coordinate with Admin – Procurement on stock replenishment and schedules.
• Arrange and monitor local and international delivery, freight, and required documentation.
• Track company vehicles’ schedules, maintenance, registration and insurance renewal.
• Coordinate with couriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers as necessary.
• Schedule and dispatch vehicles and drivers for deliveries and pickups.
