Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in the Philippines to drive end-to-end supply operations for retail partners. You will oversee inventory planning, logistics, and warehouse management to ensure timely availability across Watsons, SM Stores, and other key accounts.

The role requires strong analytics, 5+ years in supply chain/warehousing, and a proven track record with FMCG or retail channels. Field work at Bulacan warehouse will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, warehouse, and logistics operations
• At least 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience with large retailers (Watsons, SM Stores) and consignment
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

Job description

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager who is highly organized, analytically minded, and experienced in retail supply operations in the Philippines. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between our internal inventory systems and our retail partners such as Watsons, SM Department Stores, and other key accounts.

What You'll Do:

• Inventory Planning & Management: Maintain optimal stock levels across all brand retail and consignment locations; manage replenishment schedules and prevent overstocking using industry-standard metrics such as DOI (Days of Inventory).
• Retail & Distributor Coordination: Lead stock planning and allocation across partner stores and retail chains. Ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders and a smooth supply flow based on real-time sales trends and forecasts.
• Logistics Oversight: Collaborate with 3PL providers and logistics partners to optimize delivery timelines, reduce transportation costs, and ensure efficient warehousing and distribution aligned with the local logistics infrastructure in the Philippines.
• Sales Order & Consignment Management: Oversee Sales Order processes, monitor consignment inventory levels, and ensure timely invoicing and reconciliation with partner stores.
• Warehouse Management: Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping. Supervise warehouse staff and ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Demand Forecasting & Reporting: Use historical data, retail trends, and sales performance to project inventory needs. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock movement, order fulfillment rates, and supply chain KPIs.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with local supply chain regulations and documentation requirements. Manage stock audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, and logistics operations, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry. Experience in the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong background in managing supply for large-scale retail chains (e.g., Watsons, SM Stores) and knowledge of consignment business models.
• Proficient in inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace; familiar with Sales Order logic, Days of Inventory (DOI), and inventory management best practices.
• Knowledge in inventory systems, warehouse management tools, and shipping processes.
• Must be open to do field work at Bulacan warehouse and able to adapt to a multicultural fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine logistics landscape, including warehousing and local and provincial distribution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with vendors, retail partners, and internal teams.
