Job summary

Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing and end-to-end logistics in a hybrid, work-from-home setup.

The role covers supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation analysis, vendor coordination and PO processing, then tracks orders from confirmation through freight, warehousing and delivery to the client. You will provide backup across procurement and logistics, ensuring accurate records in ERP/CRM systems, and escalate issues with minimal

Qualifications

At least three years of practical experience spanning procurement and supply chain or logistics.
Experience with RFQs, quotation comparison, supplier follow-up, and purchase orders.
Strong English communication skills and disciplined process adherence.
Experience supporting Australian accounts or offshore operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support procurement: RFQs, supplier sourcing, quotation analysis and negotiations.
Prepare and maintain accurate purchase orders with correct pricing and terms.
Coordinate movement of goods from supplier to client, including freight, customs and delivery.
Provide backup coverage for procurement and logistics to ensure continuous operation.
Maintain records in ERP/CRM systems and ensure SOP compliance.
