Job summary

SF Express Philippines Inc. seeks a motivated Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse and supply chain activities. You will help manage inbound/outbound shipments, inventory, orders, and delivery coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires good English, familiarity with MS Excel, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow SOPs. Prior logistics experience and exposure to WMS/TMS/ERP are a plus, with opportunities to contribute to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year in logistics or warehouse operations preferred.
• Good command of English; Mandarin/Chinese communication ability is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow up tasks independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP or other logistics systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and supply chain operations: inbound, outbound, inventory, orders, delivery coordination.
• Monitor orders and progress to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Track inventory discrepancies, order exceptions, delivery issues; follow up to closure.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports: order volume, inventory, outbound and delivery KPI results.
• Support inventory checking and reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining project SOPs; ensure procedures followed.
• Support new project implementation: prep, testing, data checks, go-live activities.
• Communicate updates and issues with Chinese project team and local operations.
• Perform other supply chain and project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
