Job summary

PAOTSIN' is seeking a skilled Logistics Warehouse Supervisor in South Caloocan, Metro Manila. This full-time role oversees warehousing and distribution activities, ensuring efficient operations, accuracy in order fulfilment, and adherence to company policies.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in supervision within warehousing/logistics, strong WMS experience, and proven leadership with a focus on productivity and accuracy. The position offers a pathway for growth in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or logistics
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles including inventory control and order fulfilment
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure processes align with policies and procedures
• Oversee and evaluate warehouse staff, directing, motivating and coaching the team
• Monitor inventory levels, detect discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping for timely, accurate orders
• Maintain effective warehouse management systems and procedures to boost productivity
• Keep warehouse clean, safe and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Provide regular reports on warehouse performance to senior management
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
