Job summary

Visa invites a Licensing Consultant to manage resources for implementing new and add-on Visa products and services. You will define scope, gather requirements, and advise clients on regulations, fees, and functionality for effective implementations.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles within financial services or payments.
Experience in managing high-volume work with attention to detail and deadlines.
Experience in project management and implementing new products in payment environments.
Experience working cross-culturally and in remote situations.

Responsibilities

Provide customized licensing consultancy for mid to high complexity licensing requests.
Guide onboarding and licensing queries, including business expansions.
Coordinate with Onboarding and Implementation teams to improve the client experience.
Monitor license workstreams and update status in relevant systems.
Deliver training to staff and partners on licensing processes.
