  • Work closely with client-facing teams to provide guidance and support to prospective and current clients on licensing and onboarding queries, including business expansions.
  • Coordinate internally with Onboarding and Implementation functions and other stakeholders to improve client onboarding experience and service offerings.
  • Monitor all license application workstreams across key stakeholders and update status in relevant systems.
  • Execute requests related to administration of clients' licensing lifecycle, including sponsorship options, license upgrades/downgrades, mergers, acquisitions, and terminations.
  • Present to client and internal stakeholders on licensing processes, timings, and expectations, including creation and customization of materials.
  • Formulate recommendations and refer cases to management, identifying unusual scenarios or potential risks.
  • Provide training to new staff and partners to build awareness of licensing and facilitate smooth execution of requests.
  • Contribute to business requirements and enhancement requests for tools and systems, and perform acceptance testing.
  • Manage communication channels for licensing resources to ensure they are up to date, client-focused, and effective.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • Experience in client-facing roles within the financial services or payment industry.
  • Experience in managing high volume of work with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in supporting operational activities and delivering process efficiencies.
  • Experience in project management and supporting clients in implementing new products in a payment processing environment.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in working cross-culturally and in remote situations.

The role requires the ability to work independently and within a global team - willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, possible holidays and overtime when needed. (24/7 operations, rotating and shifting schedules)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of end-to-end licensing processes, business drivers, and expectations.
  • Experience in synthesizing technical information and applying it to business solutions.
  • Experience in using Visa databases and workflow tools (e.g., VCIS, MSD, Playbook).
  • Experience in training others and sharing knowledge effectively.
  • Experience in process improvement and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
