BruntWork, a growing law firm client of ours, seeks a Client Intake Coordinator to be the first voice prospects hear. The role centers on empathetic communication, persistent follow-up, and building trust to convert inquiries into retained clients across civil litigation, family law, bankruptcy, and estate planning.

• Persistent, structured follow-up to convert prospects.
• Motivated by meeting conversion targets and performance goals.
• Experience in legal intake or high-touch client service preferred.
• Familiarity with PracticePanther; other cloud-based legal CRM acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with prospective clients and follow up on inquiries across civil litigation, family law, bankruptcy, and estate planning.
• Conduct persistent outreach by phone, text, and email until a decision is made.
• Build rapport with prospective clients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
• Track all lead activity and conversion status in the cloud-based practice management system.
• Meet conversion targets and contribute to growth goals.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handoffs when a client is retained.
