• Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and payroll processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
• Record and classify daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheets.
• Prepare client invoices and assist collections as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
