Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Media Design Manager to lead the development and delivery of engaging digital learning experiences from a remote position based in Manila, Philippines.

You will manage a team of media designers and developers, drive high-quality media solutions, and partner with Learning Experience Designers, Instructional Designers, and project managers to meet client objectives, timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5-8 years of media design and digital learning development experience.
• 2-3 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing media development projects end to end.
• Strong expertise in video, animation, UI/UX, and eLearning tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of media designers and creatives.
• Deliver high-quality digital learning experiences with media assets.
• Collaborate with LXD, ID, PMs and stakeholders to create learning solutions.
• Ensure media deliverables meet quality, accessibility, branding standards.
• Manage team capacity and project priorities across multiple engagements.
• Improve media development processes for operational excellence.
• Provide media expertise and innovative technology solutions.
