Job summary
MonetizeMore is seeking a highly technical Lead Solution Engineer to join our global technical operations team. This role blends deep technical problem-solving with direct client consultation across our premium publisher network, with a focus on Brazilian customers and Portuguese fluency.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in a highly technical, client-facing role.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English for global collaboration.
- Strong web tech knowledge: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP/Network.
- Experience with ad tech tools like GAM/Prebid.js is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing problem solving and adoption.
- Act as primary technical escalation point for premium publishers.
- Lead implementation calls and troubleshooting sessions for Brazilian customers.
- Oversee technical onboarding of proprietary tools for high-value accounts.
- Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations.
- Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable value for customers.
- Bridge customer feedback with Product/Engineering to influence roadmap.
