Job summary

Evotym is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and scale our client success function in an international, fully remote setup. You will own the client journey from onboarding to ongoing support across cross-border payment operations.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners, mentor a client-facing team, and coordinate with Operations, Compliance and Finance to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management or related client-facing roles in fintech or payments.
• Experience leading client-facing teams.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payments and settlements.
• Proficient in English (B2) and Russian (C1).
• Remote work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Account Management function, setting clear standards for client service and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Manage the client journey from onboarding through ongoing support across international payment and settlement operations.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex client requests, sensitive cases, and operational matters.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between clients and internal teams, including Operations, Compliance, and Finance.
• Drive timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, transaction-related matters, and operational issues.
