Job summary

Reap is a leading global payment technology company enabling financial connectivity for businesses worldwide. This remote role supports APAC/Philippines clients, focusing on proactive client success and adoption of our card, payout, and API solutions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive activation, usage, and value for diverse clients, often in fintech or tech environments. This is a global, fully remote role with a strong emphasis on client advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; fintech or tech background preferred.
• Business-level English with strong written/verbal skills.
• Experience in client management, CS, or operations in a platform/marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and ensure account health.
• Provide L1/L2 support escalation when needed.
• Monitor client activity and surface growth signals to reduce churn.
• Gather client insights for renewals and expansions.
• Assist in implementation tasks and API-related discussions.
• Collaborate with Payment Ops, Finance, and Compliance teams.
