Job summary

Finom is hiring an Account Manager to own a 1000+ client portfolio across European markets. This role is not passive; you will build strong relationships, drive revenue growth and maximise the value of Finom accounts.

You will prioritise outreach using data triggers, aim to reduce churn, and contribute to Finom’s Revenue Function under the Chief Revenue Officer. Remote work is possible from EU countries.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
• Strong communication skills with ability to create urgency while keeping the customer first
• Commercially focused with attention to revenue per account and expansion potential
• Data-driven decision making to identify opportunities or churn risk
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where the playbook is evolving
• French native (or near) and fluent in English
• Experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and engage the portfolio through a multi-channel communication strategy.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and become the trusted contact for clients.
• Drive revenue growth, retain customers and promote product adoption across Finom’s suite.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and referral opportunities and prevent churn.
• Use account data, usage signals and portfolio trends to prioritise outreach.
• Monitor account health and proactively intervene with at-risk clients to reduce churn.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, activity and account tracking.
• Leverage Modjo/AI call intelligence to improve performance and share best practices.
• Support clients throughout all lifecycle stages.
• Follow AML, transaction-monitoring and internal processes.
