Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, telephone or customer service roles, especially for UK markets.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Persistent and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Zoho or similar CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Research new projects using LinkedIn, Barbour ABI, planning portals, etc.
• Confirm leads meet criteria and are suitable for Raaft.
• Add projects to CRM into the ghost pipeline with relevant contacts.
• Keep the database of projects clean and up to date.
• After completion, set tasks for colleagues to book meetings with relevant companies.
