Job summary

Langford Staffing is hiring Lead Generation Representatives for a client operating high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact consumer leads using an automatic dialer, ask qualification questions, respond to objections, and connect qualified consumers with a sales representative.

You start the conversation, create interest, and secure a live transfer. Three+ years in outbound calling or related fields, experience with dialers, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, telesales, or live transfers.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting call, lead, appointment, or transfer targets.
• Clear, professional spoken English.

Responsibilities
