Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking an experienced outbound calling professional to qualify consumers and complete warm live transfers to licensed representatives. You will work remotely on full-time hours, using an outbound dialer and adhering to campaign scripts, while meeting performance targets.

The role requires 3+ years of high-volume calling, strong communication, CRM discipline and the ability to handle objections in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of high-volume outbound calling experience.
• Experience qualifying leads and completing warm or live transfers.
• History of achieving measurable call or transfer targets.
• Experience using major dialers (Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode).
• Strong understanding of call dispositions, callbacks and live transfers.
• Experience maintaining accurate CRM records while speaking with consumers.
• Strong listening, communication and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to type at least 35 net words per minute with accuracy.
• Verifiable employment history and professional references.
• Availability to work the full-time campaign schedule.
• Experience in regulated calling environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumer leads using an outbound dialer.
• Follow campaign scripts, introductions and compliance requirements.
• Ask focused questions to determine campaign eligibility.
• Explain the reason for the call clearly and professionally.
• Handle objections and maintain professionalism on tough calls.
• Obtain permission and complete warm live transfers.
• Remain on the call until the receiving representative accepts the handoff.
• Record accurate notes, dispositions and follow-up requirements.
• Handle unsuccessful transfers and callbacks per procedures.
• Apply feedback from coaching and performance reviews.
• Learn and work across different consumer-service campaigns.
