Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking Lead Generation Representatives to support high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact consumer leads using an automatic dialer, ask brief qualification questions, respond to objections, and connect qualified consumers with a sales representative. You are not responsible for the final sale; your role is to start conversations, create interest, assess campaign fit, and secure live transfers.

Remote, full-time position with U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound calling/lead generation experience.
• Experience with dialers (Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, or similar).
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience meeting call/lead/transfer/ conversion targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay composed under rejection during calls.
• Ability to apply coaching to improve performance.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

About The Position

Langford Staffing is hiring Lead Generation Representatives for a client that operates high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact company-provided consumer leads using an automatic dialer, ask brief qualification questions, respond to objections, and connect qualified consumers with a sales representative. You are not responsible for completing the final sale. Your responsibility is to start the conversation, create interest, determine whether the consumer meets the campaign requirements, and secure their agreement to a live transfer.

Your Responsibilities

• Contact consumers through a high-volume automatic dialer.
• Gain the consumer’s attention within the first few seconds.
• Explain the purpose of the call clearly and professionally.
• Ask required qualification questions.
• Respond to rejection, distrust, time objections, and hesitation.
• Keep consumers engaged without becoming aggressive.
• Create interest in speaking with the sales representative.
• Secure qualified warm or live transfers.
• Introduce the consumer to the receiving representative.
• Record accurate call outcomes and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Work toward hourly and daily transfer targets.

Campaigns may involve health benefits, insurance, telecommunications, or other consumer services.

What You Need

• Three or more years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, telesales, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience working with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward call, lead, appointment, transfer, or conversion targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• The ability to remain composed during rejection and difficult calls.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust your response to the consumer.
• Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.
• The ability to apply coaching and improve your performance.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or similar systems is an asset.

Remote Setup Requirements

You must have:

• A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM.
• Dual monitors, including an external monitor of at least 22 inches.
• A wired USB noise-cancelling headset.
• A webcam.
• A quiet workspace suitable for continuous calls.
• Wired internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Backup internet and power arrangements.
• The ability to work in a dialer, CRM, and campaign system simultaneously.
