Job summary

HireHawk is seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (Remote) to drive early-stage sales activities for the construction industry. You will source qualified prospects, build automated outreach campaigns, and schedule meetings for the founder, with deal closing handled internally.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in sales development, strong written and verbal communication, and experience with outbound automation tools.

Qualifications

1-3+ years experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting.
Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling).
Experience running automation campaigns (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead).

Responsibilities

Generate and qualify high-potential prospects through strategic lead sourcing and research.
Build and manage automated cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn platforms.
Execute targeted cold calling sequences to follow up on outreach and nurture prospects.
Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the founder to maximize conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and track outreach performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and targeting strategies.
