Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Business Development Support Specialist to join our US-based vegetation management team. You will research potential customers, create and manage CRM leads, and maintain GIS/mapping data to support sales and growth.

You will work with Business Development Representatives and sales teams, perform lead research, place map pins, and input serviceable acres. The role requires strong English, organization, and CRM proficiency, with overnight US hours aligned to CST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of Lead Generation or Business Development experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work overnight or US business hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with CRM platforms and lead management.
• HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo exposure preferred.
• Comfort with Google Earth / Maps for GIS tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operations Support (25–100%).
• Create polygons for DOT Rights-of-Way along routes.
• Calculate treatable acreage for awarded routes.
• Maintain mapping records and ensure accuracy.
• Sales & Business Development Support (25–100%).
• Locate commercial/industrial properties to identify opportunities.
• Create CRM Lead records and gather property details.
• Input serviceable acres and assign leads to reps.
• Maintain GIS/CRM data and use mapping tools.
• Support research projects and improve data quality.
