The role focuses on data accuracy, prospect research, and ensuring timely follow-ups to drive growth. The position requires 1–3 years in a sales-support role, strong English communication, and the ability to work graveyard or U.S. hours from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in Sales Assistant, Sales Support, or similar administrative role.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM records, contacts, and sales activity.
• Support data entry, CRM cleanup, and data hygiene.
• Track action items and follow-ups from sales conversations.
• Conduct lead research and build targeted prospect lists.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination; prepare reports.
