Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Inside Sales Support Specialist to support a U.S.-based PVF manufacturer and distributor.

You will enter and verify customer orders, prepare quotes, and communicate with customers and internal teams to keep every order accurate, on time, and well-documented. The role requires strong English communication, 2–10+ years in customer service or order entry, and comfort learning ERP/EDI systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s preferred (not required).
• Experience in customer service, inside sales support, or order entry (2–10+ years preferred).
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Willingness to work overnight/US hours from the Philippines.
• Experience with ERP/EDI systems is a plus (not required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; basic Adobe tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into ERP/EDI with high accuracy; confirm part numbers, shipping, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Respond to orders and inquiries via phone and email; communicate status to customers.
• Prepare and send quotes using established pricing structures; escalate complex quotes to sales leadership.
• Maintain customer records, pricing data, and order history; follow up on open orders.
• Ensure clean handoffs to operations, shipping, and production; flag discrepancies before they reach the floor.
