Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support daily operations for our US client. You will handle orders, coordinate with suppliers, and assist with marketing campaigns using Canva, HubSpot, and Monday.com.

Ideal candidates have a 2+ year background in executive support or marketing, strong English communication, and are comfortable working US hours from the Philippines. This is a full-time remote position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in executive support, project coordination, or marketing.
Promotional products industry or creative agency experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Working schedule includes overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
Familiar with Canva, HubSpot, Monday.com; ESP and SAGE knowledge helpful; Shopify or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Daily support including PO follow-ups and supplier coordination; ensure orders ship on time.
Design and schedule marketing materials, social content, emails using Canva and HubSpot.
Source products, prepare proposals, and coordinate with suppliers for pricing and samples.
Manage client projects using Monday.com; track deadlines and CRM workflows in HubSpot.
