• 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or related roles.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Office productivity tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and business development by researching potential customers and opportunities.
• Create and manage CRM leads; maintain GIS and mapping data with accuracy.
• Locate properties and identify lead opportunities; assign leads to reps.
