Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Assistant Sales Project Manager to support customer projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep milestones on track and ensure timely delivery.

In this full-time role, you will assist with quoting, order management, and documentation in Method CRM. The position requires excellent English and strong organizational skills, with overnight US time considerations and a permanent work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or sales support.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM, procurement, or vendor coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate customer projects through sales and fulfillment lifecycle.
• Help ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines stay on track.
• Participate in customer meetings and document action items.
• Provide professional communication to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Escalate risks or issues to ensure smooth execution.
• Pertain in quoting and order management activities.
• Coordinate pricing requests and track RFQs.
• Assist with PO processing and order tracking.
• Maintain CRM and project documentation.
