Job summary

Outsource Recruiter is seeking a Lead Generation & Community Engagement Specialist for a full-time role with a 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST shift. The role supports lead generation, community engagement, inbound lead management, appointment setting, and CRM management across approved online channels.

Build relationships with prospective clients by providing helpful information, responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and guiding interested individuals toward scheduled consultations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, community management, sales development, appointment setting, or customer engagement.
• Strong working knowledge of Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and online community engagement.
• Experience managing incoming leads and scheduling appointments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes.
• Ability to communicate professionally through email, social media, and telephone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities, and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer service mindset and genuine interest in helping people.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients through online communities, social media, and approved prospecting tools.
• Research relevant Reddit communities, Facebook groups, and other online discussion platforms.
• Identify individuals expressing needs, frustrations, or questions related to the company's services.
• Develop and maintain organized prospect lists.
• Track lead sources and engagement history in the CRM.
• Participate in relevant Reddit discussions, Facebook groups, and Instagram conversations.
• Answer questions and provide helpful information.
• Build positive relationships with community members and administrators.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and a professional, approachable tone.
• Follow platform guidelines and avoid unsolicited promotional activity.
• Monitor and respond to incoming email, Facebook, and Instagram inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and next steps.
• Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest.
• Monitor incoming leads from website forms, social media lead ads, and other lead generation platforms.
• Contact new leads promptly and confirm their interest.
• Conduct basic lead qualification using established criteria.
• Schedule intake calls and send appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Follow up with individuals who miss appointments or need to reschedule.
• Ensure leads are properly assigned and documented.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, lead statuses, and scheduled consultations.
• Track leads from initial contact through scheduled intake.
• Identify leads requiring additional follow-up.
• Maintain weekly reports covering leads generated, inquiries received, appointments scheduled, engagement, and conversion performance.
