Scale-X Solutions is seeking a Lead Conversion Specialist to turn qualified leads into paying clients. You will manage leads from initial contact through conversion, delivering a smooth, professional experience and meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate is persuasive, customer-focused, and skilled at building relationships, handling objections, and closing deals. This remote, work-from-home role with a morning shift offers a rate of $10 AUD per hour.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or lead conversion.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
Confident in conducting sales calls and closing deals.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Customer-focused and results-oriented.
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or offshore services experience is a plus.
